Returns & Exchanges Policy

Size Swap Exchanges
If the product(s) don't fit correctly  MOST© will offer a size swap exchange for any other available size in stock in the same style. Subject to the following conditions:
    1. The return is within 14 days of the original sale date.
    2. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused)
    3. You must cover the cost of the return shipping for the original purchase. The exchange will be posted out at no additional cost.
    4. All exchanges are shipped out only once the original purchase has been received and inspected by MOST©.
    5. If an item does not meet the the original sale condition criteria an exchange will not be granted, and the original purchase will be returned to you.
    6. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the exchange.
Faulty Returns
If the product(s) you receive are faulty, MOST © will offer an exchange, credit or refund on any returns.  Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount. Subject to the following conditions:
  1. Products purchased from the MOST© online store can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase;
  2. All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
  3. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused);
  4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
  5. A refund will only be issued to the person listed on the billing address. A refund cannot be issued on another person's behalf.
  6. You may be asked to provide personal details for proof of identity for refunds to be issued. These details will be used for the purpose of processing a refund and protect against fraud.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about the product(s) you purchased from the  MOST© online store, we will exchange or credit you for those product(s) subject to the following conditions:
  1. The return is within 14 days of the original sale date.
  2. Products were purchased from the MOST© online store by the customer with proof of purchase;
  3. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused);
  4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
  5. You must cover the cost of the return shipping for the original purchase.
    The exchange will be posted out at no additional cost.
  6. All exchanges are shipped out only once the original purchase has been received and inspected by MOST©.

Refunds
MOST© may offer refunds on faulty product(s) according to the above terms and conditions. MOST© may offer exchanges and credit only for change of mind returns and exchanges for size swap exchanges according to the above terms and conditions.

Additional Information

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds must meet the "Faulty Returns" criteria.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

MOST© reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
